2 Proven Investment Strategies...that have nothing to do with MONEY

Investing isn't easy. If it were, more people would be good at it!

Today I’m going to share two investment strategies that changed my life...and they have nothing to do with money.

When it comes to investments, consider them wisely.

#1: INVEST IN YOURSELF

There’s a great quote by the late Jim Rohn, "Your level of success will rarely exceed your level of personal development." That's so true!

How are you investing in yourself!?

There are SO many ways to grow. I actually made a YouTube video on that topic titled 3 Great Ways to Keep Growing, which you can check out after this article if you would like.

#2: INVEST IN OTHERS

Your time is a precious commodity that mustn’t be taken for granted. How are you spending it? For example, does your TV or internet get more face time with you than the people you love? Regardless of your bank balance, we’ve all been given the same daily allowance: 24 hours. If you don’t choose how to spend that time, that time will decide how to spend you. I believe that’s why so often we feel "spent."

So, make ongoing appointments to spend time with those who are most important to you (including yourself). Before any vocation, set aside time each day to connect with yourself and others. Invest in those relationships. Those are the best investments you can make!

Financial Freedom

Financial freedom can be a worthwhile pursuit, but not if you become a slave to it. I say this because I myself have been guilty of it at times. But people should be your number one priority, because relationships are what live is all about. Life is all about relationships! We all know this, but are we actually living it?

Your main purpose in life is not to accumulate wealth. It’s to love, and be loved.

As for those struggling to make ends meet, that are drowning debt—working multiple jobs just trying to survive—and feeling utterly hopeless…

I wish there were something I could say or do to instantly change your circumstances. Just know that you’re not alone, you are loved, and whatever you do…believe in yourself. Because if you hang in there, and believe an opportunity will eventually present itself that will change your circumstances, you’ll be ready for it. And it won’t pass you by. And you will break through to your next big breakthrough!

Hey, if this article inspired you in anyway, hitting that heart button helps a lot, but sharing it with others helps even more.

Serving with Gratitude,

Jeff Teresi
